Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was comfortable enough for a one-night stay with a lovely sea view and spacious, nicely decorated interiors. However, there were minimal drink options available, the shower was very small and tight to maneuver, the staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, and noise from the neighboring Yates pub could be heard despite earplug provision.
Waking up to a beautiful sea view of the North Pier every morning was a brilliant experience. The lovely clean and comfy bed made our stay enjoyable. Despite the small and basic rooms, the daily servicing was a plus. We plan to return to this hotel.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was unbearably hot and noisy until 4 AM due to nearby club music, and the cleanliness left much to be desired with a musty smell. However, the service was exceptional with staff willing to accommodate room changes promptly. The location was a mixed bag, offering great views but subjecting guests to noise. The dining experience was below par, but the made-to-order sandwiches were a saving grace.
